Terms of Use

This agreement is made between you and Sentinel VPN concerning the use of virtual private network communication services, associated features, and additional offerings. It’s important to note that the purpose of this service is not for conducting illegal activities but rather for ensuring privacy and anonymity.

By installing Sentinel VPN software, you explicitly agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with these terms, you have the option to cancel the installation and must destroy, return, or delete any copies of Sentinel VPN software in your possession.

You also agree to comply with the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are connecting or to which you are connected. It is strictly prohibited to use Sentinel VPN for activities such as spamming, port scanning, searching for open proxies or relays, sending unsolicited emails, or any form of mass email dissemination. Pop-ups originating from our service are not permitted, and any type of attack on other computers or networks while using our service is forbidden.

Service coverage, speed, location availability, and quality may vary, with the service aiming to be accessible at all times, except for brief periods needed for maintenance and repairs. Unavailability can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as emergencies, third-party service failures, transmission issues, equipment or network problems, limitations, interference, or signal strength issues. We do not accept liability for data, messages, or pages lost, undelivered, delayed, or misdirected due to interruptions or performance issues with the service, communication systems, or networks.

To protect users and the service itself, we reserve the right to impose usage limits, suspend services, or block specific types of usage at our discretion. Network speed estimates do not reflect the actual speed at which you or the service will send or receive data. Actual speeds may vary based on configuration, compression, network congestion, and other factors. We do not guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of data received, and delays or omissions may occur.

Engaging in hacking, cracking, virus distribution, fraudulent activities, network sabotage, phishing, or any illegal or unwanted conduct may result in the suspension or termination of services. Users are responsible for securely configuring their services, and any damages from neglect or exposure of vulnerabilities, whether intentional or accidental, are their responsibility.

Sentinel VPN does not enforce bandwidth or data usage caps per user, but fair usage is expected. Unfair usage, such as creating VPN sessions that mimic bots, placing excessive load on the network that could disrupt other users, or consuming substantially excessive bandwidth for extended periods, is considered a violation. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate users who engage in unfair usage of our services.
